Characteristics of neodymium magnetic bases

Adhesion forces; determined at room temperature on polished steel plate (S235JR DIN 10025) thick 10 mm pulling the magnet vertically to the surface. A deviation of -10% in the values ​​is possible exceptionally. In general, the value will be exceeded.

They are neodymium magnets that offer endless uses due to their power and durability, thanks to their construction with this material from the rare earth group. Due to their low weight and high clamping force they are ideal for all types of industrial applications.

The dimension h indicates the extent to which the height H can be reduced without compromising its adherence force at all.

This surface cannot be lowered by more than 2 mm because the adhesion force would be reduced.

These magnetic bases or container magnets are made of Neodymium. This type of magnet is widely used for its versatility and power.

Magnetic mounting, consisting of sheathing the magnet inside a metal casing. This system offers the singularity of being able to attract only one of the faces of the set, leaving the rest of the faces free of magnetic action. It offers the advantage over the same bare magnet, of providing greater gripping force, as well as a wide variety of options for its fastening.
